1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa and select international destinations.

3. Shipping Times

South Africa:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International:

• Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos if applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
